Creating How-To Guides is one of my passions of mine. I enjoy creating step-by-step PDF documents more than creating videos. Do you enjoy learning through a step-by-step guide more than watching a video?

In the past, creating these types of how-to guides has been rather time-consuming. I take screenshot after screenshot, document the process in a step-by-step text, and assemble it in Word (I use Google Docs).

Today, I discovered a new program that can help speed up creating these helpful PDF documents!

Scribe How is such a game changer when creating all kinds of documents and printables. Yes, that is correct! You can create printables (sellable PDFs documents) of just about anything you need to create to show some process using your computer.

Use Case to Money Making

This is a fancy tool to cut time and create PDF step-by-step documents. What is an example of a use case to monetize these documents created with Scribe How?

Example:

I often get asked to create documents and SOPs for my printable publishing business and our training material within our laundry business. The process takes a LOT of time in the traditional method I mentioned (from screenshot to screenshot). Scribe How will allow me to cut down my time in creating these little how-to guides and share them in the form of eBooks, Kindle books, or even as resources to complement my other training materials.
